David Mestemaker earned his biology degree from the University of Michigan, then moved to Texas and worked as a land man in the oil and gas industry. He put himself through law school at night — graduating magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in 1988.
In the 37 years since, he has tried more than 300 cases to verdict. While most personal injury attorneys settle every case, David walks into the courtroom. That reputation changes the negotiation before a trial even starts.
